Responsible For
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance user experience.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases, and integrate them strategically into website content.
  3. Optimize website structure, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking to improve search engine crawlability and indexation.
  4. Monitor website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
  6. Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with business objectives.
  8. Drive link-building initiatives through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion to increase domain authority and credibility.
  9. Manage social media profiles and develop SMO strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  10. Create and optimize social media content, including posts, images, and videos, to maximize reach and impact.
  11. Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  12. Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, SMO, and digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team.

Educational Requirements

  1. Proven experience in SEO and SMO, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  2. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
  4. Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and technical optimization.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage audiences across social media platforms.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Relevant certifications in SEO and digital marketing are a plus.
